Our Roots

Sunra is built on a legacy of craftsmanship, trust, and family.
Inspired by Sunita and Ram, our name is a tribute to the foundation they created and the values they have passed on to us. Their journey shaped our understanding of quality, relationships, and the importance of creating clothing with purpose.


Today, Sunra is led by siblings Chelsi Bhansali and Rajan Bhansali, who carry that legacy forward with a shared vision. While Chelsi leads the creative direction, design, and styling, Rajan oversees production, operations, and business strategy. Together, we bring creativity and precision into every garment we create.
Rooted in tradition yet designed for today, every Sunra piece reflects generations of experience, thoughtful craftsmanship, and a commitment to creating clothing that is deeply personal.
