FAQ

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

As every Sunra garment is thoughtfully made to order and tailored for each client, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us on whatsapp within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

When will I get my order?

Our garments are made with care and attention to detail. Production and delivery usually take 2–3 weeks, depending on the design and level of customisation. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes. Customisation is at the heart of Sunra. We create garments tailored to your style, preferences, and measurements. Simply book an appointment or contact us to discuss your ideas, and we’ll guide you through the design process from consultation to final fitting.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order by browsing our collection or booking a consultation through our Book an Appointment page, or connect with us via Instagram DM, WhatsApp. We’ll discuss your requirements, fabrics, measurements, and styling preferences before confirming your order and beginning the creation process.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details. You can use the tracking link to follow your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

How should I care for my outfit?

To preserve the beauty and craftsmanship of your Sunra garment, we recommend professional dry cleaning unless stated otherwise. Store it in a breathable garment bag, avoid direct sunlight for long periods, and handle delicate embellishments with care to ensure lasting elegance.
